In over 25 years of providing goods and services for a wide variety of Government and private sector customers, we have learned project completion is every office furniture dealership’s greatest challenge. In order to meet that challenge successfully Omnifics has developed and implemented six specific strategies – Project Teams, Timelines, Order Status Reports, Daily Job Reports, a Corrective Actions Coordinator and a bench-marked problems report reviewed weekly by an Omnifics principal.
Our installed product base manifests our purpose, “Performance That Brings Customers Back” – over 30,000 workstations, thousands of private offices, hundreds of conference rooms and specialty areas, as well as moveable wall and seating products sold, installed and maintained.
