All projects are supported by a project team working together to ensure every detail is addressed. The assigned Project Manager leads our team, acting as the liaison between all parties with responsibility for developing and communicating our strategy for project execution in a way that works with all other trades on a project.
Projects start with the development of overall logistical time lines that identify all the critical steps, the duration of each, with assigned responsibilities. Dates are assigned to monitor the progress needed to be sure products arrive as needed for timely project completion. Our plan is coordinated with all internal and external team members at the beginning of a project.
The installation phase of our time line is further detailed with a calendar of daily events. It is this calendar that dictates when products need to arrive from factories, and is used by other team members in managing all the product orders for a given project. Progress against these plans is monitored, typically in regular team meetings, and communicated to our customers.
The Omnifics factory certified installation team works directly with a project manager throughout a project in order to facilitate adherence to the overall schedule.
Your company will have access to Omnifics’ dedicated, in-house Service, Maintenance and Repair Team (SMaRT) well after the procurement cycle has passed. The SMaRT’s focus is to provide service work, upholstery cleaning, moves/adds/changes, and warranty repairs to extend the lifespan of your furniture.
Warehousing and Asset Management
Our Distribution Center, 25,000 square feet of racked storage, is conveniently located within minutes of the beltway. It is dedicated to managing our clients products, both on a continuing basis and for staging of products as they arrive until it is time to start delivering products for installation. This added benefit helps ensure projects are prepared and organized to allow the most efficient installation possible.
